Stranger Things / Mike and Ike

Stranger Things is a Netflix original series that has taken the world by storm. I was blessed to have been chosen to recreate a 1980's version of the Mike And Ike theater box for a scene in the show. I redesigned the original character illustrations of "Mike" and "Ike," bringing them into a new, modern era. The vintage typography and graphics were also recreated with painstaking detail. After the redesign was complete, I personally printed, cut, filled and assembled fifty boxes that were then sent to the very talented crew in California. Be sure to look for it in the Season 2 premiere airing Halloween 2017!
